My Philosophy
I love a good story. Every time I click a shutter, settle at a keyboard, or place video clips on a timeline, I am focused on a story, hopefully one that is engaging, informative and emotional. Sometimes it's simply a story that I feel needs to be told.
My Approach
I take a personalized approach to every shoot, researching locations, wildlife habits and sun and moon considerations. I am, in essence, a portrait photographer, capturing images of people, landscapes and wildlife that have mood and character.
My Experience
I have been writing and capturing images professionally for 40 years. My primary areas of work have been: education, nature and sports. I have produced thousands of images, short films and articles for K-12 education, covering geography, history and earth science. I have worked at two Olympic Games and one Commonwealth Games.
